Semih Efe Pehlivan was born in 1998 in Gölcük, Kocaeli, Turkey. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Promotion at Kocaeli University. With a strong passion for coaching and personal development, Semih pursued professional certification in coaching from Anka Coaching Academy, where he obtained the Holistic Life Coaching Certificate, Mindfulness Coaching Program and the Art and Competencies Coaching Certificate at the ACSTH accreditation level.
Currently, Semih serves as the Training Director at Genom Academy Turkey, where he leads training initiatives to empower individuals and organizations. As a Co-Founder of Genom Academy US, he plays an integral role in shaping the academy’s vision and ensuring its growth in both markets. With a deep commitment to helping people unlock their potential, Semih combines his coaching expertise with a passion for leadership development, career coaching, and organizational success.
